Inviting Fluidity and Expression
With the previous energy building, the flow then invited fluidity through Extended Side Angle poses, culminating in empowering movements like Peaceful Warrior. These sections of the practice emphasized spaciousness and the expression of physical strength paired with an intentional breath.
