Beginning in a tabletop position, wrist warm-ups are essential, especially for those who use their hands heavily during the day—like in Jiu Jitsu, for instance. The movement is simple: leaning forward and back while keeping the arms straight, allows for the internal rotation of the wrists and opens them up gently.
