Cat-Cow Movements
The routine continues with the well-known Cat-Cow stretch, which offers an excellent opportunity to mobilize the spine. Inhaling as heads and tails are lifted, and exhaling as the spine rounds, this movement promotes a rhythmic connection between breath and motion. Coordinating movements with the inhale and exhale reinforces the body’s natural flow, creating a sense of harmony and balance.
