With an invitation to stretch upward toward the sky and embody the vitality of life, participants are encouraged to maximize their stretch, fully embracing the moment.
A Closing Embrace: Interlaced Fingertips and a Big Hug
As the session nears its conclusion, the instructor guides practitioners to interlace their fingers behind their back. This last move beautifully culminates in an uplifting heart opener. With breath deepening and shoulders relaxing, participants are encouraged to draw their shoulder blades together.
