Gentle Movement
From this position, Chloe directs participants to rock gently from side to side. This simple motion helps to massage out any tension in the lower back and enhances spinal flexibility. Following this, holding onto the shins, circles are drawn with the knees away from each other, facilitating lubrication of the hip joints. This movement can be adjusted in size and range, encouraging personal comfort and responsiveness.
