Next, participants will kick their legs up towards the ceiling and then bend them back in, enabling a stretch across the backs of the legs. The continuous rhythm taps into the muscle memory, gently awakening any stiffness stored overnight. Afterward, the routine transitions into a spinal twist. Shifting the hips to one side and allowing the knees to fall towards the opposite side creates a refreshing twist in the torso while the head turns to look over the opposite shoulder. This stretch can be deepened by layering the legs or gently pressing with the hands.
