Participants then rise into a deep squat (Malasana), moving side to side to open up the hips. This transition feels organic, allowing for natural body movements. From here, the practice shifts to an all-fours position, exploring cat-cow stretches, arching and rounding the spine to foster spinal health.
The sequence leads to Child’s Pose, a resting posture where participants melt into the mat. This stage encourages relaxation and grounding, as the chest sinks down towards the ground.
