Part 3/6:
From the back position, hug your knees and give yourself a nice squeeze before transitioning to a seated position in a way that feels comfortable for you. Begin to circle at the waist, creating organic movement in your upper body.
Feel free to add a gentle rocking motion side to side if that feels better for you. After a few moments, change the direction of your circles and return to center.
Next, inhale your hands high above your head, and as you exhale, stretch to the left with your right hand reaching over. Return to center and switch sides, stretching to the right with your left hand.
