As the practice deepened, participants explored the Lizard Pose, either keeping the back knee lifted or lowered, which encouraged flexibility and a deeper connection to the ground. The movements explored in this segment allowed for the relaxation of tight muscles while providing an opening to connect with the breath and inner stillness.

Practitioners were further invited to explore Skandasana, a pose promoting balance and grace as they shifted their weight from one side to another, gracefully bending their knees and finding a sense of fluidity in movement.
