Sitting Tall and Neck Movements
From here, transition into a seated position. Begin to gently move the neck—circling or swaying your head from side to side and ear to shoulder, promoting easy movement without strain.
Focus turns to the shoulders, where you’ll circulate them backward and forward to release any tightness.
Side and Spinal Stretches
Inhale to raise your hands overhead. As you exhale, allow your left hand to rest behind your head while the right hand gently pulls on the left elbow, encouraging a side stretch. If you find this too intense, you can clasp opposite wrists instead.
