Part 2/6:
Once you’ve connected with your neck, move to your waist. Engage in organic movements, rocking from side to side and sitting tall. As you inhale, raise your hands overhead, and with each exhale, gently release your arms. Repeat this two more times, drawing your breath deep into your chest.
Stretching and Twists
Next, engage in a series of gentle stretches. Begin by planting your left hand beside you while lifting the right arm for a side stretch, feeling the extension along your side. Inhale back to the center and repeat the side stretch on the opposite side.
