Flowing into Tabletop Pose

Transitioning to your knees, widen them apart and start moving forward with your hands. Slide the right arm beneath the left arm, resting your cheek on the mat. On the left side, you can either keep your hand in front of your forehead or extend it forward, deepening your stretch.

After taking a moment on one side, switch to threading the left arm beneath the right, repeating the gentle resting and stretching.
