As you conclude your practice, meticulously round up, one vertebra at a time, with your head being the last to come up. Sit with your hands resting on your thighs, palms facing upwards as you take a moment for gratitude. Acknowledge your presence on the mat and the care you’ve given to your body during this practice.
Finish by inhaling your hands back up overhead, then gently exhale to heart center.
