Part 2/7:
Begin your yoga journey seated at the back of your mat, with knees and feet together. Inhale deeply, stretching your arms towards the sky, and as you exhale, bring your hands to heart center. Repeat this flow a few times to establish a rhythm of connection between your breath and movements. Allow your eyes to close momentarily, giving yourself the space to set a personal intention for your practice and for the day ahead.
Warming Up the Body
Transition into an all-fours position, warming up your spine with gentle cat-cow movements. Inhale while dropping your belly and looking upward, then exhale while rounding your spine. This flow connects movement and breath, creating space and flexibility within the body.
