Following the stretches, Cassandra guides practitioners into Downward Facing Dog, instructing them to find their footing and settle into the pose. This foundational pose not only energizes the body by stretching the hamstrings and calves but also encourages participants to letting their heads hang heavy, facilitating complete body relaxation.
After a cleansing breath, Cassandra calls for participants to walk their feet forward and enter a Ragdoll Fold. Bending the knees and swaying side to side helps in further releasing tension from the back and hips.
