Flowing through the practice, individuals engage in wave-like motions, rolling from Child's Pose into a forward arch back to the ground, creating a rhythm that mirrors the natural ebb and flow of breath.
Establishing Balance and Strength
As the practice progresses, the instructor guides participants to an all-fours position, where they extend opposing limbs, balancing and enhancing their core strength. Moving through various warm-up flows, attention is drawn to the shoulders and hips, vital areas that often harbor tension.
