Emphasis is placed on breath throughout the session. Start with a deep inhalation through the nose, filling your lungs, followed by an exhalation out of your mouth. This cleansing breath ignites awareness and prepares your mind for the flow. Repeat this process a few times, allowing your shoulders to soften and your body to relax.

Standing Backbend to Forward Fold
Next, you’ll raise your arms overhead, stretching your fingertips back to create a gentle backbend that opens the heart. As you exhale, you transition into a forward fold, allowing your torso to hang heavy while reaching toward the ground. This is followed by a sequence of halfway lifts to reinforce spinal alignment.
