After a few deep breaths, practitioners are guided to lay their feet flat on the ground, wide on the mat, with knees gently touching. This pose encourages participants to notice the changes in their bodies compared to the beginning of the practice, reinforcing the idea that effective yoga does not need to be complex or time-consuming.
Closing the Practice
As the flow comes to an end, practitioners are encouraged to rise to a seated position. Closing the practice with hands at the heart and eyes closed, the instructor invites a communal chant of "Om," creating a sense of unity among participants.
