Begin with Grounding
The session begins with participants standing at the back of their mats, feet hip-width apart. Cassandra encourages everyone to roll their shoulders down, shine their palms forward, and close their eyes for a moment of grounding. This initial mental check-in allows practitioners to tune into how their body feels as they prepare for the unfolding flow.
