Transitioning into Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog), Cassandra encourages practitioners to paddle their feet and create space in the body while taking cleansing breaths to release any residual tension. From here, they walk to the front of the mat into Ragdoll Pose, allowing for release in the neck and shoulders before gradually rolling up to Tadasana (Mountain Pose).
Encouraging a standing pose sequence, Cassandra leads participants back into Garudasana (Eagle Pose) but upright this time. This standing balance challenges stability and focus as they prepare to flow into a high lunge and then into a twisting variation, further deepening the work in the legs and torso.
