As you settle in, listen to the soothing background music to create a calming atmosphere. Feel free to take deep breaths and connect with your body.
Gentle Twists and Movements
Once you're comfortable, begin to move your left knee outward, drawing it gently towards the left side. This opening position can be modified based on your body’s capabilities—feel free to splay the knee wide or keep it closer to the center.
Next, start to cross the left knee over towards the right side of your body. Instead of aiming to touch the floor, focus on gentle movement, perhaps hooking your left foot into the inside of your right thigh. Repeat this motion of opening and crossing, listening to your body and responding to its needs.
