Part 2/6:
Moving into Tabletop Position, Caitlyn instructs the first few rounds of Cat-Cow breaths. This classic flow helps to mobilize the spine: inhaling to drop the belly and lift the chin for Cow, and exhaling to round the spine, bringing the chin to the chest for Cat. Participants may choose between traditional Cat-Cow movements or engaging in intuitive body circles, allowing their bodies to explore movements that feel good and natural. After finding stillness in neutral tabletop, the practice transitions into Puppy Dog Pose, followed by downward-facing dog, with an emphasis on pedaling out the feet to enhance flexibility.
