Here, participants are encouraged to lift their arms overhead and engage in lateral movements, gently leaning to the right and left to stretch the sides of the body. Following this, there’s a transition into a gentle backbend that engages the glutes and opens the heart.

The practice continues with a series of poses including forward folds, half lifts, and Chaturanga flows, weaving in the upward-facing dog before returning to downward-facing dog once again. Each movement is synchronized with breath, promoting a flowing rhythm that energizes the body.
