Following the opening meditation, the routine progressed into gentle twists. Participants pulled their knees together above their hips and extended their arms out in a T-shape, slowly lowering their knees to the left while turning their chin to the right. This movement not only helped to rinse the spine but also provided a massage for the internal organs. The same action was mirrored on the opposite side to promote balanced movement. This focus on twisting highlighted the importance of creating space in the body during the menstrual cycle, allowing for the release of stagnant energy and the embrace of fresh vitality.
