While those feeling up to it could move into the inversion of Plow Pose, alternatives were available for those who preferred to remain in a supported position. These poses invigorated circulation and invited a higher awareness of the body’s needs during this sensitive time.
Happy Baby and Hip Openers
Next, the session progressed to Happy Baby, where participants grabbed the inner arches of their feet and allowed the knees to spread open. As they gently rocked side-to-side, they were reminded to focus on the subtle sensations in their lower back. This playful pose not only opened the hips but also encouraged a sense of childlike joy and release.
