Pigeon Pose and Supine Twists
Moving from seated rhythms into tabletop position, participants were guided into Half Pigeon Pose. This pose allowed for a long-held stretch, giving attention to their hips and lower back while fostering a sense of surrender. Modifications, such as Figure Four, were offered for accessibility. Following this transformative stretch, Sara Beth led practitioners to explore supine spinal twists, facilitating a gentle release into the back and sides of the body while maintaining relaxation through breath.
