To begin the practice, settle into Balasana or the Child's Pose. This gentle resting pose allows you to connect with your breath and calm your mind, setting the tone for the session. With your forehead resting on the mat and your glutes towards your legs, take a few moments to relax your entire body.

Flowing into Movement

Transitioning from your resting pose, engage in a forward-to-back hip sway that encourages mobility in the hips. Following this, you perform circular motions with your legs to further enhance flexibility. This is followed by the Cat-Cow sequence, where arching and rounding the spine helps warm up the back while facilitating a smooth flow of breath.
