Begin by standing in Tadasana, feet firmly grounded on the mat with your hands in Namaste. Close your eyes for a moment, taking deep inhales and exhales to center yourself. As you inhale, raise your arms up high, lengthening through your spine, and spread your legs hip-width apart. Transition into a deep squat (Utkatasana) while engaging your core.

Feel the pulse of your body as you lower yourself down, and then interlock your hands behind you. Spread your legs wider than hip distance, folding forward to catch hold of your big toes. Keeping your head down and chin to your chest, breathe deeply.
