Feeling loose? Great! Move into a deep squat again, swaying your hips left and right to open them up fully. Lunge to one side, allowing your opposite arm to reach up towards the sky. Switch sides, continuing to twist and open your chest.

Next, engage in Eagle Arms (Garudasana), wrapping your arms high above your head. Switch sides and embrace the full extension.

To further facilitate the opening of your hips, perform big circles with your hips before grounding yourself once again with your feet together. Pull one knee into your chest and balance on one leg. Extend the other arm to look back for a spinal twist.
