Take a moment to breathe deeply: inhale and exhale, allowing your breath to foster relaxation and focus. Continue to cycle through your breath—each inhalation drawing in energy and each exhalation releasing any accumulated stress.
The Flow Begins
As you feel centered, raise your arms overhead on your next inhalation, then exhale as you bend forward. If needed, bend your knees to maintain comfort and support as you reach for your legs, feeling a stretch in the back of your legs. With your next inhalation, lift your right leg back, pushing your head down while maintaining a forward gaze.
