Yoga Exercises for Fertility
Bakasana (Crow Pose)
Start by sitting comfortably on the floor, using bricks or pillows for support if needed. Straighten your legs, fold your knees, and touch your toes together. Interlock your fingers, hold your toes, and breathe in deeply. As you exhale, slowly lower yourself as far as comfortable, keeping your stomach engaged. This pose not only enhances flexibility but also encourages inner focus and grounding.
