Building Energy and Release
As the practice progresses, participants are encouraged to move into a more dynamic phase. They explore deeper, physical movements, such as bending in a sumo squat and incorporating figure-eight motions with their hips. The rhythm and flow encourage the release of any unwanted energy while allowing a connection with the emotions stored within the body.
The Climax: Releasing Tension
As the session reaches its peak, participants engage in vigorous movements aimed at releasing frustration and aggression – stomping and kicking are encouraged as effective ways to express and let go of deep-seated tension. The movements are empowering, inviting individuals to feel liberated and joyous in their physicality.
