Starting February 28th at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, the AI pins that were sold will be rendered useless as they will no longer be able to connect to Humane’s servers. This marks the end of the AI pin's brief existence and brings disappointing news to the early adopters who invested in the device. Compounding these challenges, Humane has stated that refunds will only be available for purchases made within a standard 90-day return window. This means that those who bought the AI pin at launch are left with no recourse to reclaim their investments, regardless of the product's performance.
