Our emotional wellbeing is tightly interwoven with the language we use. Research illustrates that words carry energy. Positive words generate feelings of love, joy, and gratitude, which can elevate our mood and enhance our overall health. Conversely, negative words breed stress, anxiety, and discontent.
Dr. Masaru Emoto’s work with water crystals demonstrated this strikingly; water exposed to positive words formed beautiful patterns, while negative expressions resulted in chaotic formations. As our bodies are predominantly composed of water, it is clear that the language we use toward ourselves directly impacts our physical and emotional makeup.
