On the third day, spend 30 minutes to an hour writing everything that’s on your mind—a brain dump. This task will unload all the nagging thoughts, worries, and tasks cluttering your mental space. Utilize a notes app, or simply pen and paper if you prefer. Don’t hold back; write down everything. After you’ve unloaded your thoughts, you can refer back to this document to identify urgent tasks during your nightly calendar reviews.
