Part 2/10:
Joe West relentlessly pursued leads for three years, as he sought answers regarding the murder of JFK. His quest took an unexpected turn when a nameless FBI agent tipped him off about James Files, a then-incarcerated individual at the Joliet State Penitentiary, serving time for a separate incident involving the shooting of an Illinois police officer. Initially secretive, Files eventually forged an association with West, who diligently built trust over months of visits and correspondence. This connection would lead to what many believe to be a full confession from Files regarding his involvement in JFK's assassination.
