Airflow is another significant factor in the reactor's design. Observations made using neutral density smoke indicate that air flows towards the sensors and subsequently rises. There are plans to install additional ambient sensors strategically located above the reactor versions to improve monitoring capabilities and understand real-time conditions within the experimental setup better.
Introducing Isolation Barriers
To mitigate any potential interference from thermal radiation generated by the apparatus, a twin-wall polycarbonate barrier has been implemented. This material, being opaque and an effective insulator, minimizes radiation heat transfer between the two cells, further optimizing their operational efficiency.
