Environmental Control and Thermal Regulation
This lab is designed with environmental control in mind. The room maintains a thermal regulation of approximately 20°C, functioning as a heat capacitor. Both the walls, particularly those that face the south side of the building, and the corridor, act as heat sources.
Despite the presence of heating elements, our system also incorporates cooling mechanisms to ensure stability. The cooling system is carefully designed to minimize convection effects impacting our measurements by directing airflow away from the cells themselves.
