Crucial to the reactor's safety and efficiency is a sacrificial device incorporated into the design. This custom feature allows for initial monitoring via the K-type thermocouple while serving as a fail-safe mechanism. The sacrificial element will disable itself under extreme conditions, ensuring that the main systems remain unaffected while producing valuable data on reactor outputs.
