In a pivotal moment, Grenier drew parallels between bremsstrahlung radiation and the behavior of fractional hydrogen—which refers to a lower ground state of atomic hydrogen than is typically acknowledged. This concept, introduced by figureheads like Carolyn and PM Telly, suggests that hydrogen atoms could absorb energies much higher than the ordinary 27.2 eV, reaching up to around 255 keV.
Intriguingly, Grenier highlighted that previous measurements indicated around 94% of energy emissions observed fell below this 255 keV threshold. This statistic posed important questions regarding the visibility and quantification of higher energy emissions, suggesting that their equipment might not capture all significant emissions.
