High-voltage architectures, such as the one utilized by Hyundai's E-GMP platform, currently face restrictions when interacting with older Tesla chargers.
Furthermore, as discussions of integration span between manufacturers, the unfulfilled potential of multiple platforms may hinder the widespread acceptance of any single standard. Existing networks like Electrify America aim to support dual charging options, which complicates the narrative further.
