Being a label reader has taken grocery shopping with my family to new heights of awkwardness. Over the years, I've developed a discerning eye for anything overly processed or filled with synthetic additives. Surprisingly, this habit has begun to influence my family; I’ve even managed to convince my mom to ditch Lucky Charms for brands with better ingredients.
