The project began with a simple but engaging idea for a turn-based, 2D grid-based sci-fi strategy game. The initial concept and rules were generated with the help of Grok, an AI tool designed for brainstorming and ideation. Within a few short hours, the foundation of the game was laid, encompassing various elements like resource management, different ship types, a battle system, and AI opponents. This rapid conception marked the first step towards realizing a comprehensive gaming experience.
