The cooled cranberry sauce is spread over the flattened turkey breast, and the seasoned breadcrumb mixture is sprinkled on top. Then, it's time to roll it up, creating a beautiful Medallion-like shape. The rolled breast is then trussed and foil-wrapped, ready for the oven.
Baking and Serving
After baking at 400°F for an hour, with the foil removed for the last 15 minutes, the stuffed turkey breast emerges with a gorgeous, golden-brown crust. The juices are reserved to serve alongside the sliced turkey, and the cranberry sauce is presented in a beautiful bowl for dipping.
