Nietzsche's point is not to "unbend the bowstring," but to move forward.

Furthermore, Nietzsche is very clear that he sides with the Greek morality, the "Dionysian," over the Christian morality, the "crucified." He sees the Christian, or slave morality, as harmful to life. The concluding section of the Genealogy's first essay makes it clear that "Beyond Good and Evil" can be translated as "beyond the slave morality," not necessarily beyond the master morality.
