Boiling the Eggs
To start, we need to hard boil the eggs. There are various methods, but the traditional boiling method is both simple and effective. Begin by placing the eggs in a pot and filling it with water until it covers the eggs completely.
Once the water is at level, turn the heat to high and bring it to a boil. After boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for 13-15 minutes, depending on the size of your eggs.
After the time is up, transfer the eggs into a bowl of ice water. This step cools them quickly and helps to make peeling easier.
