Moving into more refined territory, Barton G’s represented fine dining with an extravagant flair. The restaurant’s decor and atmosphere spoke volumes about its price, being over three times that of Brisco's. Exotic dishes emerged from the kitchen, including a rainbow of creative appetizers and unexpected flavor combinations.
Amongst the plates presented, the popcorn shrimp and samurai salmon were notable for their rich flavors, while the dramatic presentation offered as much value as the content of the dishes themselves. A grand dessert, featuring a comedic twist of a spinning chocolate Bugatti, showcased the restaurant's penchant for theater in their dining experience.
