A Feast of Flavors
As the food begins to arrive, the excitement grows. Mark starts with the highlight of the meal: gourd chicken, a celebrated Shaanxi dish. This whole chicken is lightly battered before being deep-fried to perfection, resulting in an incredibly crispy skin.
