Some Improvement, But Far from Enough

While the second half saw minor improvements, it was hard to tell how much of that was a result of the Buccaneers playing off the receivers and allowing the Giants to move the ball underneath. By then, the outcome seemed destined as the Buccaneers entrenched a commanding lead of 30-0 by the latter part of the third quarter.

Despite a few positive developments in the second half, such as DeVito completing more passes than in the first half, the overall numbers remained poor. The team ended the game with only seven points and a total of 245 offensive yards, averaging just 4.4 yards per play—unsatisfactory numbers that underscore the severity of the team's offensive woes.
