Step 6: Using a sharp knife, carefully make an incision into the thickest side of the chicken breast. Create a pocket without slicing through the other side. This step is crucial for housing the butter.
Step 7: Remove the plastic wrap from the compound butter and insert it into the pocket. If necessary, use toothpicks to secure the chicken, ensuring the butter stays inside while cooking.
